We want Seasalt customers to feel welcome as soon as they step through our door. A key part of this role is creating a positive atmosphere and inspiring others to deliver excellent service. Our managers lead the way with exceptional retail skills, product knowledge and commercial know-how.

Our Assistant Store Managers are part of the management team helping to build a successful business. They take the reins and deputise any store manager duties and encourage the team to deliver the high standards our customers expect. This role is a great stepping stone in your retail career, with many of our Assistant Managers going on to be Store Managers.

Our Supervisors take care of the shop and team members in the absence of the management team. They deliver exceptional customer service, ensure the shop always looks it's best and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the shop.

Like all our retail colleagues, our Sales Advisors are ambassadors for Seasalt, embodying our values by putting our customers at the heart of everything they do. They are an essential part of the team, supporting store management and creating a memorable shopping experience for every customer.
