Supporting development

Our success is rooted in the skills and passion of our team. Each employee receives a tailored and comprehensive induction programme when joining Seasalt. 

We’re committed to providing internal learning and development opportunities that support employees to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours to carry out their role within the business. This means developing in ways that fit with our internal Success Framework and Seasalt’s culture, values and strategic objectives.

Go1 and ongoing support

As a forward-thinking organisation, we encourage work-integrated learning. This means each employee has access to Go1 via our Development Hub, a learning platform with over 250 course providers, to further their development and build confidence and competence to be able to succeed. 

We also support employees in undertaking apprenticeships at various levels to gain qualifications

Continuing development

Through twice-yearly reviews and monthly one-to-ones, our people discover how they can develop and excel in their role. These meetings give both employee and manager the opportunity to agree expectations and create an action plan together. Ultimately, this means that each individual can take ownership of their journey, embracing opportunities as stepping stones to personal and professional success.
