Our Buying team shape and plan ranges that excite and delight our customers while maximising commercial potential. They develop strong relationships with our suppliers, to ensure that our production is balanced across the factories and countries where we produce product, whilst meeting our fabric sustainability requirements. The Sourcing team work with our suppliers on elements that feature in our products. These could range from the lovely tags that accompany our products, through to researching new fabrics that can be incorporated into future launches.
Our Creative teams consist of Creative Design, Photography and Videography and Windows. They create the final image or footage that we see, shape the look and feel of all Seasalt's graphics to our customers, partners and internal teams, and create window and instore displays that represent the theme of the current launch.
Our Customer Service department provide excellent levels of customer care through phone calls, emails and chat in line with the vision and values of the brand. They take pride in delivering a renowned customer service that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
Our Design team are responsible for designing our product ranges across womenswear, menswear and accessories They sketch product and develop beautiful prints, colour and fabrics that bring the collection to life and keep our ranges moving forward. The team also consists of Visual Merchandising who take our amazing colour capsules of products from each launch and collating them into sections of the shops for people to browse.
As a B Corp business, our Environmental, Social and Governance team are pivotal in defining and advancing ESG to the next level within Seasalt. They develop and execute our approach considering environmental, social and governance priorities and targets in line with business strategy and customer facing commitments.
Our Finance team support us in driving the effective and efficient operation of the business and enabling domestic and international growth. They ensure effective controls are in place to mitigate any financial risks and that we are compliant in all the legal jurisdictions in which we operate.
Our HR team encompasses HR Business Partnering, Talent & Development and Reward & HR Operations, who are committed to providing our employees with seamless HR support and are the custodians of our Seasalt Values.
This team supports the business by ensuring it is legally compliant with relevant legislation and regulations. A key part is to confirm Seasalt shops, offices and warehouses are fit for purpose, health and safety obligations are met and they meet the immediate and future requirements of the business. They are also responsible for data protection, intellectual property and responding to any litigation. The Procurement team look to achieve best value as well as meeting our sustainability and ethical principles when we procure goods and services required for the business.
The Logistics team work hard to ensure deliveries to our stores, strategic partners and online customers happen as quickly as possible, as well as maintaining stock accuracy and complying with international shipping regulations.
Our Marketing team create impactful and attention-grabbing campaigns, both on and offline as well as via our partners. They promote positive brand exposure and build strong brand engagement across our new and existing customer community, helping to deliver commercial return.
Our Merchandising team encompasses Channel, Product and Central Merchandising. They are responsible for the allocation of our product, delivering a balanced, commercial and profitable range in line with the brand vision and translating the business strategy and channel opportunities into sales, profit and buy plans.
Our Online team work to ensure a coherent and consistent customer led online experience. They support with the development and innovation of our website to ensure a frictionless digital experience and implement cross-channel media strategies to grow our active customer base and customer lifetime value.
Our Partners team lead our UK and International 3rd party B2B and B2C sales efforts and commercial operations, while managing and developing strategic partnerships with department stores, online marketplaces, distributors, and key accounts in line with our ambitious growth strategy.
This team are responsible for leading and managing the Property and Estate Strategy within the UK and Internationally. They ensure that our new store roll outs are delivered and manage and develop the entire current and future Seasalt estate incorporating office, warehouse and retail stores.
This team are the communication link between our shops and the wider business, acting as the voice for our retail teams. The department works with many functions across the business, whether it’s to support on the delivery of projects or with key stakeholders to ensure our shops have everything they need to trade efficiently.
This team are involved from the initial product conception through to the product development phase, working with suppliers to manufacture and deliver perfect quality, fit and performance on all products. They also ensure the compliance of our product through labelling, safety and testing requirements, sustainability and certifications.
Our Technology team are responsible for Technology Services at Seasalt, defining and developing a technology vision and roadmap aligned to Seasalt’s broader business strategy. They also lead the delivery of strategic programmes and business change initiatives, ensuring transformation and business-critical initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
